Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By using https://waterproofinginuae.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to website use and enquiry services; contracted waterproofing work is governed by your written quotation and any separate contract.

Website use

Content on this site is for general information about waterproofing services in the UAE. It does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote signed or accepted by both parties. Technical guidance on the site — including blog articles and FAQ — is educational and may not reflect the scope required for your specific property.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false enquiry information or use automated scraping that impairs site operation.

Quotes and contracts

Inspection-based quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Scope, pricing, warranty and payment terms are governed by the written quotation and any separate contract — not by website copy alone. Verbal assurances not reflected in the written quote are not binding.

Changes to scope discovered during preparation — hidden substrate damage, for example — require written approval before additional works proceed. See our process for how variations are handled.

Payment

Payment schedules are stated in your quotation — typically deposit, progress and completion milestones for larger scopes. Late payment may pause works. Completed and accepted works are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy or your warranty certificate.

Warranty

Warranty terms are issued per project in your handover pack. Summary information on our warranty page is not a substitute for your project certificate. Maintenance obligations and exclusions listed in the certificate apply.

Intellectual property

Text, design and branding on this site belong to Waterproofing in UAE unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction, republication or use of our content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited. You may link to our pages with accurate attribution.

Third-party links

Our site may link to manufacturer datasheets, emirate location pages or external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices. Review their terms separately.

Limitation of liability

We strive for accurate information but do not warrant that site content is complete or current. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here without a contracted scope.

Liability for performed waterproofing work is limited as set out in your written contract and warranty certificate — not by website content. Nothing on this site extends warranty beyond your project certificate.

Availability

Website availability is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enquiry channels — phone, WhatsApp and email — remain the primary contact path if the site is unavailable.

Indemnity

You agree to provide safe access to work areas and accurate information about property conditions known to you. Failure to disclose prior repairs, hidden services or access restrictions that affect scope may result in revised pricing and timing.

Accuracy of website information

We aim to keep service descriptions, process summaries and warranty overviews accurate, but contracted scope in your written quotation supersedes website copy. Building conditions vary — inspection determines prep depth, system type and price.

User submissions

Information you submit through forms, email or messaging must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misstated access, prior repairs or property type may affect scheduling and quoted scope after inspection.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve service concerns directly and promptly. For contracted works, dispute processes stated in your quotation or contract apply. Website-related enquiries may be directed to our contact channels; governing law is UAE law as stated below.

Access and site safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to work areas and informing us of known hazards — live electrics near active leaks, fragile roof edges, occupied tenant zones. We may pause works if access becomes unsafe until conditions are corrected. Revised timing and cost may apply where undisclosed restrictions delay scope.

Subcontractors and specialists

We may engage specialist applicators or diagnostic partners for specific systems or large scopes. They work under our project specification and quality requirements. Contracted waterproofing remains governed by your written quotation with us unless your contract explicitly names a different contracting party.

Force majeure

Events outside reasonable control — extreme weather, authority-imposed access bans, building management shutdowns not caused by us — may delay scheduling. Rescheduling follows your written quotation or contract. Website availability is not guaranteed during such events; contact channels remain primary.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate enquiry information, safe access to work areas and timely decisions on scope variations. Undisclosed prior repairs, hidden services or access restrictions discovered on site may require revised pricing and schedule. Occupied buildings require your coordination with tenants, guests or operations teams for shut-off periods during flood testing.

Cancellation

Website enquiries may be withdrawn before a written quote is accepted without obligation. Accepted contracts follow cancellation terms in your quotation — deposits, customised materials and mobilised crew are handled per our refund policy.

Confidentiality of enquiries

Project details and photos you submit through forms, email or messaging are used to respond to your enquiry and deliver requested services — not sold to third parties. Case study or marketing use of site photos requires your explicit consent as stated in our privacy policy. Technical advice on the site does not create a contractor relationship until a written quote is accepted by both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Invalid website terms do not invalidate your separate written waterproofing contract where that contract stands alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes relating to website use or enquiries shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts unless your written contract specifies otherwise for contracted works.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
